…from the original date of purchase of the item and only upon presentation of the receipt, and applies to all factory defects and the following components: The metal frame of a cantilever chair (warranty of the metal frame will be upheld provided that the original cushion is still attached), the frame of a stool, the rotation system, the reclining system, the bearing system, seams, fabrics and cover materials, leather and urethane foam.

The following parts are covered by the warranty for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase of the item: Ball bearing system, seams, upholstery and fabrics, leather and urethane foam. .

This warranty does not cover commercial and industrial use or accidental damage such as burns, spilled liquids, tears, or excessive friction. It also does not cover grinding due to a lack of grease or overly screwed side panels. As this chair is sold partially assembled and the instructions to complete the assembly are clearly indicated, no warranty applies if problems arise as a result of incorrect assembly of the chair..

PEL International’s commitment under this warranty is to repair or replace any defective part after verification and approval of the repair and maintenance service. If you have questions or need to submit a warranty claim, please contact your PEL International product dealer.
